If you want to make your own character, and you're not sure about how to go about doing it, then this app is just what you need. It has a collection of different face templates, and once you select one of them, you can just click and edit the corresponding details.

You will be able to select a hairstyle, a beard, a mustache, and a suit, as well as change the skin and eye color. If you want to add some accessories, like a hat, a belt, or glasses, you can also do so.

And that's not all. You can also use the tool to create your own characters.
